We offer three (3) types of service. Services are billed by fixed contract fee (a set amount for the work) or
by hour with a minimum number of hours required. If billed by hour, additional hours will be billed as
needed and agreed upon.
Our 3 services are:
HPT Analysis
Using the systematic and systemic processes of HPT, we can help to identify the reason for identified
performance gaps, craft unique and effective solutions, and help you plan out how to execute and
evaluate those solutions.
Implementation Facilitation
After an HPT Analysis has been conducted and you have your possible solutions ready to implement,
we can facilitate that implementation and evaluation as a separate project.
Training / Learning Solutions
We can help you to craft Training programs, curriculum, or specific products to train your staff,
employees, or to help your customers.
As each project is unique in scope, need, and difficulty, we cannot give you a specific price quote until we
have discussed your need.
